UNITED KINGDOM TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS:
PLEASE PRINT IN A4 SIZE PAPER

  1. Original valid passport – 6 months valid before departure
  2. Original previous passport if any
  3. Completely filled out UK Visa application form
  4. Original certificate of employment – stating salary, tenure and position
  5. Original personal bank certificate with bank statement for the last 6 months
  6. Latest Income tax return
  7. Flight and booking itinerary
  8.  hotel booking
  9. If married: PSA  Authenticated marriage contract and birth certificate- original and photocopy     
  10.  If single:  PSA  Authenticated birth certificate- original and photocopy
  11. For Students: original Certificate of enrolment  and copy of school id.
  12. For ALL minors:
    PSA birth certificate, affidavit of Support and Consent from BOTH parents
    Affidavit of consent to travel executed by not accompanying parent of the minor.  
    For minors not travelling with either parent, a copy of the DSWD permit .
  13. If self employed: official business registration for current and previous year- SEC Registration/DTI/ Mayors Permit/ Income Tax Return - Original and photocopy
  14. Personal appearance

  2. Invitation Letter
  3. Bank Certificate
  4. Income Tax Return
  5. Affidavit of Support and Guarantee letter
  6. Lease of Contract  in UK (house rental)
