KOREAN TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS

(All documents must be in A4 size paper)

  1. Duly filled out Korean visa application form
  2. 2 pcs. Recent photo passport size white background
  3. Original passport valid 6 months before departure
  4. Original previous passport if any
  5. Original Employment Certificate- must include applicant's  position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number, (cell phone  number is not allowed) HR e-mail address
  6. Original Personal Bank Certificate- must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)
  7. Original Bank Statement – original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months.
  8. Individual Income Tax Return – latest ITR or Form 2316
  9. Original PSA Birth Certificate
  10.  If married Original Marriage  Certificate
  11. Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable only)
  12. For student: Original school certificate/photocopy school id/Original PSA  birth certificate/Original PSA Marriage Certificate Parents
  13. Notarized affidavit of support and guarantee letter of parent
  14. If invited to Korea: Original invitation letter notarized in Korean and photocopy of Inviter's passport  (1st page only)
