AUSTRALIA TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS:
- Copy of valid passport – 6 months valid before departure
- Copy of previous passport if any
- Completely filled out Australia Visa application form
- Original certificate of employment – stating salary ,tenure and position with approved leave of absence from the employer
- Travel Authority – for Government employee
- Original bank certificate with bank statement for the last 6 months/passbook
- Latest Income tax return
- Copy of valid and previous visa (other countries)
- For Student: original certificate of Enrollment/ student id / leave of absence
- If married: NSO Authenticated marriage contract and birth certificate- original and photocopy
- If single: NSO Authenticated birth certificate and Marriage cert. of parent - original and photocopy -
- For minors not travelling with either parent, a copy of the DSWD Travel Clearance
- If self employed: official business registration for current and previous year- SEC Registration/DTI/ Mayors Permit/ Income Tax Return - Original and photocopy
- If invited- Invitation letter from sponsor
Photocopy of passport details of sponsor
Statutory Declaration from Sponsor
Certificate of Employment /pay slip / Bank Certificate of Sponsor
Certificate of Citizenship of Sponsor
Additional requirements for Business Visa:
Evidence of your proposed business activities in Australia, such as:
Invitation letter, including contact details of the inviter
A letter of support from your company detailing your role in the visit
Itinerary for the visit, with contact details of the parties involved
Conference registration
Evidence that your business background is relevant to your stated business purpose for travel, for example:
Details of your employment and current company position
Details of previous business or contact with Australian or international organizations
Evidence that your company is actively operating (such as business registration, shareholder’s certificate, annual reports, website address etc
